2025 10th International Conference on Signal and Image Processing (ICSIP 2025) was held in Wuxi, China during July 12-14, 2025. The conference is co-sponsored by Southeast University, China, hosted by Wuxi Campus of Southeast University, and co-hosted by the School of Cyber Science and Engineering of Southeast University, with strong support from Macao Polytechnic University, China, Technical University of Denmark, Denmark, University of Aberdeen, UK, University of Wollongong, Australia and Nantong Institute of Technology, China.
随着人工智能、通信技术与计算能力的飞速发展,信号与图像处理技术在智能感知、信息传输和视觉理解等多个领域中扮演着愈加关键的角色。为汇聚全球相关领域的专家学者,交流前沿成果,2025年7月13日,第10届信号与图像处理国际会议(ICSIP 2025)在无锡开幕,第六届信息安全与隐私保护国际会议(ICISPP 2025)亦同期举办。大会开幕式由大会联合主席、东南大学网络空间安全学院副院长陈立全教授主持。大会主席、东南大学李冰教授致开幕辞。李冰教授代表主办方对来自全球的专家学者和业界代表表示热烈欢迎,并感谢支持机构及组委会对大会筹备工作的支持。李冰教授指出,信号与图像处理作为信息科技的重要分支,在智能感知、通信系统、图像识别等领域具有重要作用。ICSIP 自创办以来,始终以构建高水平国际学术交流平台为己任,力促科研合作与技术创新。值此大会十周年之际,会议在议题设置的前瞻性、报告质量的专业性及国际参与的广泛性上均实现新突破,期待与会代表能借此次盛会深入交流、拓展视野、凝聚共识,携手推动相关领域的研究与应用迈向更高维度。
学术报告环节,新加坡国立大学&香港中文大学(深圳)张瑞教授(新加坡工程院院士/IEEE Fellow),香港大学黄凯斌教授(IEEE Fellow),东南大学曾勇教授(IEEE Fellow),韩国延世大学Sanghoon Lee 教授( IEEE Fellow)先后发表主旨报告,分享前沿洞见。
本届ICSIP 2025大会 采用 “线上 + 线下” 相融合模式,突破时空限制,构建高效、开放、全球化的学术交流网络。除4场主旨报告外,会议还设有20余场特邀报告,13场口头报告分会场,2场海报展示等多形式的学术交流活动,促进多领域、跨地域的深入对话与合作。与会代表将围绕“合成孔径雷达精细成像与多域抗干扰”“面向复杂环境的无线通信与信号处理”“复杂环境下非线性雷达信号处理与目标检测”“基于数据驱动的智能信息系统设计与人工智能技术”“高速运动目标高精度检测与高分辨率成像技术”“先进信号处理及其在机电系统中的应用”“用于目标检测、跟踪和行为分析的视觉智能”等前沿主题展开深度研讨,分享前沿技术与应用案例,为行业发展提供实践指引。此外,会议设立最佳审稿人奖、最佳论文奖、最佳学生论文奖、最佳行业文章奖等多项荣誉,激励科研创新、弘扬学术精神。
