I. Paper Format Requirement

Number of Pages: Maximum 10 pages, including figures, tables & references (The paper should be 5 pages. Additional pages will be permitted at the cost of $70 per additional page)
Language: English only
Page Numbering: Off
File Size: 4 MB maximum
Abstract: It is important that the abstract be a meaningful description of your paper.
Keywords: Choose from 3 to 8 keywords
Color: Use of color is encouraged, but since readers will usually print the papers in black and white, it is the author's responsibility to ensure that all figures/plots can be printed and understood in black and white.

II. Template

To help ensure correct formatting, please use the style file as template for your submission. Violations of any of the above paper specifications may result in rejection of your paper.

The reviewing process of the ICSIP conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

III. Submission

Please submit your paper by Easychair Submission System. After your submission, you will receive the confirmation email from conference secretary Ms. Veronica Reed within 2 working days.


Submission Choice

Option 1. Abstracts

All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be included in the conference program only, provided at the conference.

Option 2. Full Paper (Conference Proceedings)

All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.

IV. Policy on Plagiarism

All papers submitted to ICSIP 2020 will be checked for plagiarism including self-plagiarism. If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will be automatically rejected. A list of Authors of the papers identified in the category of plagiarism will be forwarded to the press and your organization.
